Step 3: How to recycle

Choose your preferred recycling method.

We'll send you a prepaid Royal Mail label. Pop your device in any letterbox-friendly packaging and drop it off at your nearest post box or Post Office.
Collection / Pickup
Schedule a free courier collection from your home or workplace. We'll arrange a convenient time slot for you.

Step 5: Protect your data

Before sending your device, please make sure your personal data is safe.

Factory reset your device iPhone: Settings → General → Transfer or Reset → Erase All Content and Settings.
Android: Settings → System → Reset → Factory data reset.
Remove iCloud / Google account Sign out of your Apple ID or Google account before resetting. This ensures the device isn't locked to your account after the reset.
Back up your data first Use iCloud, Google Drive, or connect to a computer to save your photos, contacts, and files before erasing.
